Playdays Private Day Nursery operates a key worker system to enable relationships to develop between staff, parents/carers and children.
Key workers are responsible for an allocated group of children and provide detailed assessments of children’s achievements, activities and daily routines.
Within Playdays all activities have been carefully planned to suit all ages and stages of development and to allow spontaneity.
The children have the opportunity to play outside during free-flow play.
There are various toys and equipment which the children have access to.

The care of children is paramount to Playdays and each and every child will have their individual needs met.
The planning of the curriculum is ongoing to meet the standards set out by Ofsted.
Children learn through play and this will be highlighted in their daily routine ensuring all social, religious, intellectual, cultural and emotional needs are met.
